This is a combination of Yoga and Pilates specifically designed by a former dancer for dancers. Ease out those over worked bodies whilst learning to focus the mind.
Aoibheann’s dance training was at the prestigious Urdang Academy in London where she completed 3 years in all aspects of dance and musical theatre. Upon graduating she worked professionally as a dancer for several years before returning to Dublin where she set up her elite dance training school - Training With Aoibheann. She focuses on strength, technique and flexibility whilst working on lyrical, contemporary and jazz. Her aim is to expand performers to their full potential, point them in all the right directions, encourage and help them strive within their best self.
